Refund / Return Policy
WE CARE. For those of you who have dealt directly with Med-Actil, you know that our customers are our friends, often like family. We are here to help you heal and offer only the finest healing products available. Our first commitment is to help you heal, but there are times when a customer simply wants or needs to return a product.
Prior to returning a product, please contact us by clicking on the Contract Us button below or emailing us at email@example.com. There may be instances where simply processing a refund is the best route or a return is not necessary and we will work with you to assure your satisfaction.
Unopened products that were originally shipped within the USA can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Credit will be issued back to the credit or debit card associated with your PayPal account or original purchase. Be sure to include the original order form or packing slip or enough information for us to locate your original order, such as the name and address used on the order. Return the unopened product to:

For items valued under $100, we suggest you use USPS service with a tracking number. For items valued over $100, we suggest you use USPS service and insure the package. If you elect not to use a trackable shipping method, we may not be able to verify your return and thus may be unable to issue a refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser unless other agreed upon in advance by Med-Actil.
To return an unopened product that was shipped to a foreign address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the product has been opened and does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us at to discuss your healing process and assure your satisfaction. Opened product that were originally shipped within the USA can be returned within 90 days of purchase. A partial or full refund will be issued upon review by Med-Actil. We apologize, but opened products originally shipped to a foreign address cannot be returned due to Customs issues.
The maximum refund amount will be the full price actually paid. Products purchased during promotions or at a discount will be limited to the price paid.
In rare cases, a product may be originally marked as nonrefundable. In these case, of course, no refund will be issued; but please contact if you need to discuss your condition or healing process. No refund or restitution will be issued for samples or items provided by Med-Actil to our customers as gifts.
Items purchased from any entity other than Med-Actil LLC should be returned to the vendor and not to Med-Actil. Med-Actil is not responsible for items resold by outside vendors and no refund will be issued by Med-Actil. In this case, please contact the vendor from whom you originally purchased the product.
Med-Actil reserve the right to limit or refuse refunds to customers who make repetitive claims. Med-Actil retains the right of final decision concerning the determined value of returned products.
Damaged Shipments, Shortages, and Order Discrepancies:
Please report any concerns about your shipments to us by emailing within 5 days of receipt of the package. To call us, please click on the Contact Us button below. Please keep the original packaging material as it can generally be used for returning the item to Med-Actil. We will work with you to assure your satisfaction, up to a full replacement of the shipment.
